Vista Street

The expectation and vision of this project was to take an approved DA of a 9-story building and work closely with the client, consultants and local authorities to redesign the development with an additional 3 storeys.

The Development is now a 13-storey building made up of single level basement, communal spaces located throughout the ground floor and rooftop, 15 high physical support NDIS units, 3 sub penthouses and 1 penthouse with private rooftop and outdoor recreation space including pool.
