Role Objective
To manage project cost control, contract administration, and procurement processes to support successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in negotiating and drafting contracts with suppliers and subcontractors.
- Ensure compliance with relevant contractual and legal obligations.
- Managing budgets, forecasting, claims, cash flow and cost reporting.
- Prepare and manage subcontractor agreements and variations
- Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting
- Support the project and site teams with contract and financial management
Key Skills & Experience
- Advanced knowledge of contract law relevant to construction.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
- Qualification in construction management, quantity surveying, or similar
- Experience in contract administration on residential projects
- Strong commercial and analytical skills
- Competence in Procore and project financial systems
