Role Objective

To manage project cost control, contract administration, and procurement processes to support successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in negotiating and drafting contracts with suppliers and subcontractors.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant contractual and legal obligations.
  • Managing budgets, forecasting, claims, cash flow and cost reporting.
  • Prepare and manage subcontractor agreements and variations
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting
  • Support the project and site teams with contract and financial management

Key Skills & Experience

  • Advanced knowledge of contract law relevant to construction.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
  • Qualification in construction management, quantity surveying, or similar
  • Experience in contract administration on residential projects
  • Strong commercial and analytical skills
  • Competence in Procore and project financial systems
