Role Objective

- Oversee procurement and contract negotiations.
- Manage risk assessments and mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with local building regulations and codes.
Key Skills & Experience
- Experience with design and construct contracts.
- Knowledge of financial management and cost control in projects.
- Tertiary qualification in construction or related discipline
- Proven experience managing residential and multi-residential builds
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in project management software and construction programs
