Role Objective

To oversee the delivery of construction projects from commencement to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage project programs, budgets, and resources
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, and site teams
  • Ensure compliance with contractual, safety, and quality requirements
  • Drive project performance and resolve issues proactively
  • Oversee procurement and contract negotiations.
  • Manage risk assessments and mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with local building regulations and codes.

Key Skills & Experience

  • Experience with design and construct contracts.
  • Knowledge of financial management and cost control in projects.
  • Tertiary qualification in construction or related discipline
  • Proven experience managing residential and multi-residential builds
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in project management software and construction programs
